In 1997 I graduated from Asten Center of Natural Therapeutics in Richardson, Texas. I completed both the 300 hour basic and 250 hour advanced programs. The basic courses included Swedish, Sports, Chair massage, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, pregnancy, pre-natal, geriatric and infant massage. I am also certified in trigger point therapy, injury rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Accupressure, Reiki Tri Aur, Polarity and Reflex Neuromuscular Balancing. I am a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and continue to expand my knowledge base with additional courses to meet Nevada's required continuing education guidelines.
